Embraer Legacy Added to Fleet - 28 October 2009

Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, 28 October 2009 - MENA Aerospace Enterprises WLL announced today that its subsidiary, MAE Aircraft Management WLL has added an Embraer Legacy 600 to its fleet. The aircraft will be managed and operated by the company. The Legacy is in addition to the Bombardier Challenger CL300 the company registered in January of this year. MAE Aircraft Management was granted its Aircraft Operating Certificate in January 2009 for commercial passenger service. The aircraft will be operated on behalf of its owner for private flights.

MAE Aircraft Management WLL is part of Bahrain's MENA Aerospace group of companies. The company is based at the airport in Muharraq, Bahrain.

MENA Aerospace has been established in Bahrain since 2004 and underwent a re-branding in 2007. The corporate group is 100% Bahraini owned, and employs in excess of forty people at its offices and facilities located in various areas of Bahrain.
